9:00 am - 1:00 pm Company Check-in and Booth Setup
(Molecular Science and Engineering Building)
Committee members and volunteers will be at the designated parking area and in the MS&E building to assist you with transporting booth materials and checking in. Please see Location & Directions to print out detailed instructions.
11:30 am - 12:45 pm Lunch for Company Representatives
(UAE Whitaker Building, 4th floor)
An informal light lunch will be served in the BME faculty lounge where you can meet our faculty and department administrators and learn more about the programs that Georgia Tech offers. Volunteers will be available to direct you so please join us when your booth has been set up!
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm Career Fair
(Molecular Science and Engineering Building)
Meet our outstanding undergraduate and graduate students! A break-room will be provided during the fair with refreshments.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Post-Career Fair
(Molecular Science and Engineering Building)
Volunteers will assist you with re-packing your booth materials. If you provide a ready FedEx or UPS shipping label, we can arrange for your packages to be returned to you. Thank you for participating!
